  1. Securing Sponsorship

With a budget in place, we’ll approach and engage relevant sponsors to secure the funding necessary to deliver your event. Our team has strong industry relationships and deep experience in matching events with the right partners.

  1. Logistics & Compliance Management

Once funding is secured, Millbrook takes care of all the event logistics, allowing you to focus on shaping the scientific content. Our support includes:

  • Venue sourcing and confirmation
  • Catering and hospitality
  • Audiovisual coordination
  • Delegate registration and management
  • Accommodation where required

Accreditation, Compliance & Risk Management

We also handle the essential compliance work that ensures your event meets the highest professional standards:

  • CPD Accreditation – We will coordinate the application and approval process to secure Continuing Professional Development points for your event, where applicable.
  • Health & Safety Planning – Including venue assessments and emergency planning.
  • Risk Assessments – We conduct full event-specific risk assessments to ensure delegate and faculty safety and meet venue requirements.
  • Event Insurance Advice – Guidance on public liability and event-specific coverage if needed.
  • Compliance with MedTech/ABPI guidelines – Ensuring your event aligns with industry codes of practice and sponsor requirements.

As Course Director, your role is to design an engaging and educational programme. You’ll select the key themes and topics, and collaborate with leading experts to create compelling sessions that reflect current best practice and innovation.

  1. Faculty & Speaker Coordination

Millbrook handles all speaker communications, including:

  • Faculty invitations and confirmations
  • Travel and accommodation bookings (if needed)
  • Session briefings and artwork for slides
