Delegate Insights Survey & Prize Draw: Terms and Conditions

Millbrook Medical Conferences is committed to continuously improving the value and relevance of our events for healthcare professionals across all specialties. As part of this, we are conducting a short survey to better understand what delegates want and need from their conference experience.

To thank participants for their time, we are offering the chance to win one of five £50 Amazon eGift vouchers. All fully completed survey responses submitted between 9th July 2025 and 31st August 2025 will be entered into the prize draw.

Please read the full terms and conditions below for details on eligibility, how the winners will be selected, and how your data will be used.

1. Promoter

The prize draw is run by Millbrook Medical Conferences Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 03106011, with its registered office at 81 Burton Road, Derby, Derbyshire, United Kingdom, DE1 1TJ and operating address at Unit 8, Midland Court, Central Park, Lutterworth, Leics, LE17 4PN (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are residents of the United Kingdom.
Participants must have received the survey directly from Millbrook Medical Conferences and be part of our opted-in contact list or identified as having a legitimate interest in our services.
Employees of Millbrook Medical Conferences Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

To enter the prize draw, eligible individuals must complete the online Delegate Insight Survey in full between 9th July 2025 and 31st August 2025.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter the prize draw.

4. Prize Details

There are five (5) prizes, each consisting of a £50 Amazon eGift voucher.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

5. Winner Selection

The five winners will be selected at random using a random email address generator on 1st September 2025.
Only entries received during the eligibility period will be included in the draw.

6. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by email within 10 working days of the draw taking place.
If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

7. Data Use and Communications

Survey responses will be used by Millbrook Medical Conferences to understand delegate needs and preferences in relation to medical conferences. These responses will be anonymised and will not include personally identifiable information.
The only personal data collected will be the email address, which will be used solely for the purposes of administering the prize draw, including winner selection and notification.
All personal data will be processed in accordance with Millbrook Medical Conferences’ Privacy Policy, available at:

This survey is being sent only to individuals who have previously opted in or are considered to have a legitimate interest in Millbrook Medical Conferences. No new marketing consents are being collected through this survey.

8. General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, modify, or suspend the prize draw if circumstances arise outside of its control.
The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.
This promotion is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Amazon.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
